The non smoking room was all smelling smoke- this is a general problem you can face in most of Konya Hotels. The hotel is a little outdated. It looks like it used to be a luxurious place. “Not impressed.”
Although staff are friendly I would hardly rate this hotel as 5 star. Mattress was so soft my back is still aching. It’s a new hotel and the facility is clean n’ new. However, the in-room air con is controlled at 26c. Feel hot in room and we can’t do nothing about it! That’s the biggest bad part!
