Our stay at Kayakapi Premium Caves was one of the highlights of our trip to Cappadocia. I traveled with my mother and my 5-year-old daughter, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made. Our stay didn't start perfectly, as we experienced an issue with our original room due to some sand particles from the cave walls ending up in the bed. However, what truly sets a hotel apart is how they respond when something goes wrong. The staff handled the situation with genuine care, worked quickly to resolve it, and upgraded us to a beautiful family room. Their professionalism and kindness completely changed our experience. From that point on, everything was exceptional. We felt incredibly safe throughout the property, the pool was fantastic, and the restaurant was outstanding. The restaurant staff deserve special recognition. They were attentive in a way that is so rare these days—they remembered what we had ordered the previous day, brought extra lemon and straws before we even had to ask, and made us feel genuinely welcomed every single meal. My mother has several food allergies, and they went above and beyond to ensure every meal was safe for her. Their level of care was truly remarkable. The included breakfast is simply out of this world. I have traveled extensively, and I can honestly say this is one of the best breakfast spreads I have ever experienced. The quality, freshness, and variety were absolutely incredible. My daughter was treated with so much warmth and kindness by everyone on the property that she genuinely did not want to leave. That says everything about the atmosphere this hotel creates. A very special thank you must go to Abdurrahman from Guest Services. Kayakapi is incredibly fortunate to have someone like him representing the hotel. Had it not been for Abdurrahman, we likely would have left after our first day. Instead, thanks to his empathy, professionalism, and ability to find quick, thoughtful solutions to every concern we had, our stay became unforgettable. He listened, cared, and made us feel valued as guests. He is an absolute gem, and any hotel would be lucky to have someone like him as the face of their property. The complimentary shuttle service into town was another huge advantage. They picked us up right outside our cave room and brought us back whenever we needed, saving us from walking the steep hills—which was especially appreciated since my mother has back and knee issues. They also arranged seamless airport transportation to and from the hotel, making our trip completely stress-free. Despite the small hiccup at the beginning, I cannot recommend Kayakapi Premium Caves highly enough. Their exceptional customer service, beautiful property, incredible restaurant team, outstanding breakfast, and especially the care shown by Abdurrahman transformed our stay into something truly special. We will leave Cappadocia with wonderful memories, and Kayakapi played a huge part in creating them. Five stars without hesitation!
