Good hotel Clean nice stylish rooms Clean bathroom Good and polite staff who cooperate with you and help you have a great stay Nice and cozy cafe under the hotel Erzurum is not a fun city with lots of things to do At least the hotel was very good and made our night happy.

“Ramada's high quality 5 star hotel.”
They are really doing well, we liked it. If we come back to the Erzurum, it will be our top choice. Breakfast was brillant. They have friendly staff. There is a starbucks it which is also good option to take your coffe.
