This hotel is located in the old city of Kars where you can easily walk to the castle, see old Russian buildings and is quite close to the river. “Good location”
It is in the center of the city with this advantage, good. The staff is smile but they are not enaugh proffessional. It has poor service and breakfast, also amenities in room. The bed also uncomfortable. I am not sure if I prefer it for stay in for the next time or not.
