“Great experience ”
Excellent example of hospitality, all of the staff were very attentive, kind and warm. Buffet was absolutely delicious with lots of options. Overall had a great experience and would recommend to everyone:)

“high quality”
It is a hotel where everything you can think of has been considered. The team is incredibly caring and professional. The staff was very understanding for children.All areas of the facility were spacious.

“Polat Palandöken ”
Most of the things were good .ski slope ,rooms ,services ,foods. The waiter yoones was so kind . The guest realation officer Nida was so helpful and kind . But the temperature of pool was not good and we couldn’t use it.there was not any programs or entertainment at nights.
