“Treat you like family”
I accidentally left my passport at the hotel when I checked out, and when I realised which was checking into Lina hotel my mistake, the staff member went ABOVE AND BEYOND — he personally drove me all the way from the hotel to Esenyurt to collect it and refused any kind of payment or tip. Hi, Firstly the front desk attendant (i think he is called Dan) a man with a pony tail, then the next day met another gentleman - all were super super at their service, he made the welcome very nice and easy and understanding. - ROOM - was good, decent for its size, good bed, bathroom, cabinets etc… more
