“Generous and kind, Home away from home”
We found the whole staff at Nidya Galataport Hotel most helpful, friendly and stop at nothing to give you extremely great service. There service goes above and beyond to help foreign visitors. Comfortable clean room, delicious restaurant.

“If you can find another place”
Overall a below average hotel, staff inattentive & generally have a laid back manner. Rooms are dated and in need or repair. Bar is non existent & restaurant catering to a select taste. Room was cleaned & water provided for us. Feels like a side interest for some one, not their main focus

first of all, the staff were polite and helpful and multilingual and that's the only thing good in the hotel. but the hotel itself is not worth the price, it was too expensive and offered so little for the cost ,the bath has no soap or shampoo or shower gel and other toiletries , only some ... more
