“Everything was perfect”
We only stayed for three days, but very good hotel with the friendliest staff. The rooms were clean and the service was just great. “Friendly staff”
Hotel is good for families. near to downtown (walking 3 minutes). Staff is so friendly and helpful. People in Bursa is so friendly more than Istanbul. My room was small then they changed by themselves. they help me to booking a ferry to Istanbul.
