“Good”

The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. Always asking if they can offer help in any way. We enjoyed our stay. The location might be difficult for old people. Nevertheless it's very near to Takism center.

Lived in the hotel for 3 days during our trip in October 2017. Hotel is quite new inside and rooms are equipped well. As Taksim area might be noisy enough this hotel is located in quiet street and good for your calm sleep. Very close to Istiklal and Metro stations, even more to Havatas bus station.… more

Lived in the hotel for 3 days during our trip in October 2017. Hotel is quite new inside and rooms are equipped well. As Taksim area might be noisy enough this hotel is located in quiet street and good for your calm sleep. Very close to Istiklal and Metro stations, even more to Havatas bus station. Loved very much the hospitability of the reception personnel. They were very helpful in any questions we had. Ravshan treated us with Turkish tea when we arrived and Mehmed helped us with our baggage on our way to the Havatas bus station. Good hotel for it's price. We loved it. Located in Taksim area and not far from Taksim Square and even the pick up/drop off point of Hava Bus. Located in Taksim area and not far from Taksim Square and even the pick up/drop off point of Hava Bus. The Hava bus stop located just in front of Point Hotel in the Taksim and from Point Hotel have to walk to the left side and walk straight till you arrived at the downhill junction on your left, walk straight the downhill to the hotel and you will see it on your right hand side. The room was spacious, it has kitchen, washing machine, mini refrigerator, TV and safe box in the closet. I had heater disruption when I was showering. The staff was help helpful but not so friendly. To stay again to this hotel in the future, I might say NO because of the uphill/downhill with a baggage definitely not convenient.

Near by taxim square, There’s construction in front of suit, In some cases you will struggle to explain your requirements to reception, Tile flooring is dirty, Studio flat so if privacy’s are needed not advised, Kitchen not have full items, Toilet ceiling is dropping water from above toilet. If plan to cook not advised coz of electric fire below cooking standards.

Suites are big size and value for money , Bed and room is comfortable But house keeping is very bad , They didnt change our bed sheets after few days , No sleepers in the room , No daily drinking water, I asked house keeping for change bed sheets and make up our room but she refused and told us no need to change towels or clean room coz they are enough clean ,Internet speed is avarage, Hotel is located in Sloping street and not easy for walking or carry baggages or not easy for old people to access to hotel , This hotel is about 7 min walking from Taksim square and 5 makes min from gezi park exit metro station , staff are friendly .
