“Friendly staff”
Adem who works the front desk was beyond helpful and so sweet!! All the staff were super friendly and kind! Nice hotel good location

“Perfect Stay”
We had a perfect stay in Concept hotel, it's a clean and nice place. The staff are extremely nice and welcoming, specially Mr Edam. I highly recommend it.

“Friendly staff, ok location, needs improvement ”
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While my stay was OK, I believe that many things can be improved. Good value for money, however, not a premium hotel. The location is in a hilly upslope street of Nisantasi, so if you are travelling with kids or elderly people, it might be a challenge. Defini… more
