First time I came here I had doubts, however every staff were very kind, I enjoyed my time in Istanbul, Yagmur, Ayca, Rumeysa, Deniz, Zeynep, Musamettin, Feride, Arda, night staff all the bellboys I enjoyed everyone's service

I liked service by Rumeysa, Musametin, Ayca and actually Yagmur, the young beautiful kind generous heart who helped me a lot.

“Fabulous central hotel”

Stayed here family of 3 . Close to all attractions ( 8min walk to grand bazaar ) Spacious rooms , good front desk service and wide variety at breakfast . Excellent value ( Room tip 1101 - basement room but very large , and 2 bathrooms) .

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the blonde lady with glasses at breakfast, sorry I did not catch her name. Isa, the night receptionist or night manager, was also very helpful and professional. I really liked the digital key option. It worked perfectly every time with no issues, which made coming and going very convenient. The gym was also good, just enough for a daily workout, and all the public areas inside the hotel were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. The Hangsgrohe shower was perfect. Good quality 👍🏼 The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly due to some small room issues. When we checked in, the sofa bed had not been opened. It was not a big problem as the king size bed was large enough for us and our son, so we did not complain that night. The next day we mentioned it and staff quickly opened the sofa bed, which we appreciated, but no extra towels were provided. When we called, they brought them straight away. On the third day, however, only one towel was left in the room even though we were three guests. Also, in Room 1802 the carpet was quite dirty with many stains and could use a deep clean. The reception team charged my card extra €51 by mistake on our last day. i think they have put the wrong rate on Q system or by mistake someone changed the rate however when we mentioned this they have apologised and refunded straight away. I am not complaining, just mentioning these points as I work in hospitality myself and understand how things can happen. Overall, this is a proper budget hotel offering good value for money, with friendly staff and a comfortable stay.
