My wife and totally enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel. Many have commented on the outstanding premises and staff, and I would like to comment on the outstanding breakfast buffet and eggs to order. Always fresh and interesting (including a raw honeycomb!). All the staff were polite and professional and Betul (spelling?) was particularly helpful.

“Interesting Ataturk museum inside the hotel”

A historic hotel with beautiful architecture and lots of history, including a museum on Atatürk. Esma at the hotel was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions about Ataturk / Turkish history and showing us all around the museum.

A timeless Hotel with Exceptional Hospitality.. Our stay at Pera Palace Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, we experienced a level of hospitality that exceeded all expectations. Pera Palace is not merely a hotel; it is a living monument to history, elegance, and culture. Walking through its magnificent halls , one feels connected to a bygone era. The hotel has welcomed countless distinguished guests, writers, artists, and celebrities throughout its rich history. Most significantly, it holds a special place in the heart of Türkiye as the hotel where Gazi Mustafa Kemal Ataturk stayed during his visits to Istanbul. Visiting Ataturk’s preserved room, now a museum, was a moving and unforgettable experience. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the remarkable team of people who work at Pera palace. Their warmth, professionalism, kindness and genuine care made us feel less like guests and more like members of the Pera Palace family. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Front Office Manager Mr Cihat Yuksel for his outstanding leadership and gracious hospitality. A special thank you to Front Office Team: Mr Erdal, Mr Baran, Mr Enes, Miss Esmanur, Mr Yunus, Mr Kemal,Mr Orcun, Mr Selim, miss Arda, and Mr Sami. Every interaction was met with a smile, efficiency, and a sincere desire to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Our appreciation also goes to Emir Ali at the Cafe patisserie, who kindness and excellent, friendly service added to the charm of our experience. In the breakfast Restaurant we were wonderfully looked after by Mr Yalkin, Miss Gamze, Miss Hanife, and Mr Sergen. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made every morning a pleasure. We would also like to thank all the staff members at the terrace restaurant for their professional service and unforgettable food and welcoming manner, And also we like to thank the house keeping staff for their professional and tireless service. Each of these individuals contributed to making our stay truly unforgettable. Their dedication to excellence reflects the very spirit of Pera Palace Hotel. The beauty of the historic building, the rich heritage, and the extraordinary service created a perfect combination that we will never forget.
