Bugün hayatımın en büyük şokunu yaşadım ama aynı zamanda hayatımın en büyük sevincini de yaşadım. Bu mutluluğu bize İstanbul Taksim’deki The Nest Hotel’in temsilcisi Fatih Bey yaşattı. Şok ise şu oldu: Otelden ayrılıp havaalanına giderken pasaportlarımızın kaybolduğunu fark ettik. Meğer odada düşmüş, biz de görmemişiz. Ama asıl mesele bu değil… Asıl mesele şu ki, tüm bunlar sabah saat 05:00–06:00 civarında oldu. Fatih Bey bizim için inanılmaz çaba gösterdi. Hatta işe giderken bizimle telefonda konuştuğu için trafik cezası bile aldı. Bu olay bize insanlığın ve iyiliğin ne demek olduğunu bir kez daha gösterdi. Oteller önemlidir, ama otelin çalışanları her şeyden daha önemlidir. Fatih Bey gibi çalışanları olan bir otelin temelleri asla sarsılmaz. Herkese tavsiyem: Bu otelden başka bir yere bakmayın! Böyle bir personeli arasanız bile bulamazsınız. Сегодня я пережил самый большой шок в своей жизни, но одновременно и самую большую радость. Эту радость нам подарил Фатих бей — представитель The Nest Hotel в Стамбуле, район Таксим. Шок произошёл тогда, когда мы выехали из отеля и по дороге в аэропорт поняли, что наши паспорта пропали. Оказалось, что они просто остались в номере, а мы этого не заметили. Но дело даже не в этом… Главное то, что всё это происходило около 5–6 утра. Фатих бей сделал для нас очень многое. Он даже получил штраф за разговор по телефону за рулём, потому что пытался помочь нам. Этот случай ещё раз показал нам, что такое настоящая человечность и доброта. Отель важен, но сотрудники отеля — намного важнее. У отеля, в котором работают такие люди, как Фатих бей, фундамент никогда не пошатнётся. Мой совет всем: не ищите другой отель — выбирайте именно этот! Такой персонал вы вряд ли где-то ещё найдёте. Today I experienced the biggest shock of my life, but at the same time the greatest joy as well. This happiness was thanks to Mr. Fatih, the representative of The Nest Hotel in Taksim, Istanbul. The shock happened when we left the hotel and on the way to the airport realized that our passports were missing. It turned out that we had accidentally left them in the room and didn’t notice. But that’s not the main point… The main thing is that all of this happened around 5–6 in the morning. Mr. Fatih made incredible efforts to help us. He even received a traffic fine for talking on the phone while driving because he was trying to assist us. This experience showed us once again what true humanity and kindness mean. Hotels are important, but the staff are even more important. A hotel that has employees like Mr. Fatih will always stand strong. My recommendation to everyone: don’t look for another hotel — choose this one! You will hardly find such dedicated staff anywhere else.
