We went here for our first family holiday in October/November 2025 for 10 nights, and found it on balance really good. Check-in took a while and consisted of filling in some information that the hotel had already, and were then sent to go and find our rooms which was straightforward enough. The family room was very spacious with good air conditioning, however limited wardrobe space for a family of 4. We were on the left corner of the hotel (when viewed from the front), which was a little noisy early in the mornings with deliveries arriving so I would avoid rooms in this location if you can. The food was great in the buffet restaurants, and the beach bar - it was always fresh with plenty of variety. One of the children is a fussy eater, but they managed absolutely fine. My one negative comments was that the labeling could do with listing the ingredients, and also on sushi night people were taking huge plates of this away meaning there was none left for others - this was disappointing and should have been limited in my opinion. There was plenty of seating, but getting served with drinks could be problematic at busy times. Everywhere was always spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping did a great job with the room. Daytime and evening entertainment was reasonable given we went at the end of the season, my only comment was that the theatre area seats were not cleaned down before the evenign entertainment, meaning they were covered in sand/dirty often. The atmosphere was good, and the water park onsite is great for the kids, although a little cold at this time of year! The hotel grounds are extremely well kept and beautiful. The beachfront location is great, although there isn't much else around. I would recommend this hotel to others based upon our experience. In terms of the price paid (package holiday) I feel that we got really good value.

Having been to this hotel the previous year I knew what a great hotel this is. A little out of the way but the of good quality on arrival didn't get tearoom we requested but it didn't matter all rooms are good And have easy access we did notice a drop in the food quality being gluten intolerant I found the main restraunt a challenge it would have been nice to see Gluten Free options at the beach restraunt. Would I come back yes everything else is spot on and as expected see last year's review for more detail

“Good/ missing watch”

First of all this is the first time I've ever wrote a review but I would like to get the managers attention. First of all this is the first time I've ever wrote a review but I would like to get the managers attention. Myself my husband and 7 Yr old son travelled together on the 12th October and met our friends out there who travelled the day before us. Altogether 6 adults and 6 children. We usually book as s group for the October week and its mostly been Turkey and had been discussing booking the same for next year. We did have an excellent holiday however our son took an asthma attack 3 days before we were travelling home and we gave him emergency steroids thst we always take with us just incase. The problem I have is he is my number one priority and giving him the steroids and 10 puffs of his blue inhaler on the last day after I had packed everything else away was the most important thing to do before anything else. I left my watch on the side cabinet next to the bed which I must have knocked over mid panic that we are flying home that day with a child who's asthma could get worse at any point. We checked out of the room and when I realised I didn't have my watch my husband spoke to a male receptionist who went away for 10 minutes then went straight back to the reception, at this point the coach was waiting for us to go the airport. This is a rose gold Marc Jacobs watch thst has a lot of sentimental value. I have emailed the hotel now 5 times and no one has so much as replied. I have also offered to pay for this to be delivered back to Scotland in the UK. If someone could please be in touch with me as soon as possible as my watch didn't leave that room so I will give you the benefit of the doubt that this is still in your hotel and a hotel worker has not took this home with them. As mentioned previously I was too busy looking after my son and make sure he was ok that I left the watch behind and obviously couldn't stay any longer as the coach was leaving. Could someone please get in touch regarding this. As i said before the watch is more sentimental than anything to me but in that moment my son was more important and needed my full attention. I look forward to hearing from the manager and hopefully have my watch back soon. Many thanks Claire Stoddart

“I'd rather go elsewhere next time -- hopefully to a hotel that actually has bathroom doors!”

The location is nice but everything else was pretty average. Please note that there are no doors between the rooms and the bathrooms in this hotel -- so zero privacy if more than one person is staying in the room (you essentially sleep in one space with the toilet - just imagine the "lovely" toilet… more

Please note that there are no doors between the rooms and the bathrooms in this hotel -- so zero privacy if more than one person is staying in the room (you essentially sleep in one space with the toilet - just imagine the "lovely" toilet smells and sounds if you're not alone). The mattresses were absolutely dreadful -- I had to put lots of cushions underneath the bedsheet to be able to sleep. The food was okay but nothing particularly remarkable. Some of the hotel employees were very nice whereas some others (the ones in charge of the beech furniture) were very rude.
