The title says enough and I could just stop there. There would not be a trip 3 if it weren't for the experiences of trips 1 & 2. After this trip, there will be another trip 4. This was another awesome stay at the Seven Stars Resort & Spa, and each visit it gets even better. These wonderful experiences all have to be attributed to Resort Manager, Bela and her leadership. We recommended Seven Stars to a colleague to celebrate their 20 year anniversary. I was not surprised to hear that their experience was as enjoyable as ours. I have expressed the luxuries and amenities in my previous reviews, so you can go back to see the specifics if interested. What really makes us want to return again and again, are the staff and the resort grounds. TCI is a beautiful place, and staying here makes it even better. The location is perfect and centrally located to many restaurants, bars and grocery store. There are many familiar faces of the staff from our previous visits, but the new faces for us on this trip were just as pleasant. Whether we were hugging our familiar staff, shaking hands to the new friends, or just walking past someone during the day or eve - we always experienced a smile and pleasant greeting. Once again the grounds and resort are clean and provided us with anything we needed. Again we stayed in an Ocean Front King Jr Suite on the top (7th) floor in the Alhena building. The ocean front views from there are mesmerizing. We love to spend most days beachfront at the adult pool. I like to get down early and enjoy the morning tranquility and aqua ocean views. This is where I get to see my friend Fresnel. Fresnel is always smiling and helps assist with our lounge chairs and umbrella. He has to be one of the hardest working young men I have encountered during vacations. Don was assisting the adult pool guests most days and provided excellent service from the bar and kitchen. We chose to eat lunch everyday at The Deck Restaurant, where we were frequently greeted by the Best Dressed Man in Grace Bay, James. The menu here has a lot of variety, but we seemed to usually go with our favorites of deck burger, fish tacos, coconut shrimp or pizza. We were waited on by Edline and Yoldine the most and they always put up with our many asks. Thank you! Upon returning from dinners, we always stopped in at The Deck Restaurant Bar and had our nightcap. It was great to see and hang with our two friends Chi and Peter. Chi and Peter are two more examples of staff that are excellent and enjoyable to be around. We did another Spa massage for the both of us this trip, and it did not disappoint. TCI is relaxing, but adding a massage to the trip is even better. For any excursion, always remember to check with the concierge and they will set you up with the respectable and responsible vendors. We had another great tandem parasail experience booked by the concierge and was provided by The Key to the Sea. They pick you up right in front of the property, beachside. Needless to say, we love this Resort and Staff. All are excellent at their jobs and are very pleasant. Our special shout outs go to Fresnel and James. They both have the unique way of making us feel like family, and I literally hated to say goodbye to them on the last day.

It's always a wonderful vacation at Seven Stars! That's why I keep returning to this resort several times per year. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The guest rooms, resort gardens, and beach are all so beautiful. All 4 restaurants are great and so convenient being right on property. There's even a beach cabana to enjoy a massage while listening to the waves and feeling the sunshine. Special recognition to: Maria (the best massage therapist), Dinesh (the best bartender), Fresnel who sets up comfortable beach loungers with a smile, all the beach and pool servers (including Lila, Don, Rodney and Charles), the amazing breakfast team (especially Baniel, Danie, Elisnord, Michel, etc), the entire staff at Seven restaurant, Correy (the amazing singer at the Deck on Fridays), the front desk staff who welcomes me and sends me off with warm greetings, Bela (the GM who always makes me feel right at home) and Ken (the CEO who remembers my name when seeing me around the resort). You're guaranteed to have a great time at Seven Stars as it's my favorite place in the world!

“Seven Stars Shines — A Few Areas to Polish”

Seven Stars is a beautiful resort, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. There’s a lot to love here, and we’d certainly consider returning — though a few aspects of the experience are worth noting. The resort grounds are lovely, and the adult pool was a real highlight for us. The pool and beach attendants were fantastic — Don, Rodney, and Manny in particular were consistently attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was also outstanding throughout our stay. Our room was incredible. We booked a one-bedroom oceanfront premier suite, and it’s one of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in — spacious, spotless, beautifully appointed, with great linens and excellent A/C. The only minor note was that our second-floor location had a somewhat limited view and was adjacent to the public beach access road, but overall the room exceeded expectations. We had dinner at The Deck our first night. It was clearly a popular and busy restaurant, which may have contributed to a longer-than-expected wait for food. My fish tacos weren’t my favorite, but I may have simply ordered the wrong dish. That said, the pace of service that evening was noticeably slow, and we weren’t the only table experiencing it. Breakfast could benefit from a better layout. It often felt crowded and a bit hectic, so we only went a few times during our stay. Poolside seating was occasionally limited. We noticed that chairs were sometimes reserved in advance with the assistance of staff, which could make it difficult for other guests to find available spots. We found ourselves adjusting our routine to make sure we had a place to sit. Checkout is something worth noting. We completely understand that late checkouts aren’t always possible and didn’t expect one, but we did inquire three times and were each time asked to call back later and were ultimately told no. We would have appreciated a definitive response. After checking out at noon, our car didn’t arrive until after 2:00, so we spent a couple of hours waiting in the lobby. During that time, we felt largely invisible, with many staff members passing by without any acknowledgment or small gesture of hospitality. It stood out to us because we had a similar wait at another resort while waiting for our car after dinner, and their staff made a point to check in and offer water, which made the experience much more comfortable. It’s a small touch, but one that makes a difference. Overall, Seven Stars is a beautiful resort with a lot going for it. The setting, accommodations and standout service from certain team members made for a very enjoyable stay. We met some great people and made new friends during our stay, and the ocean here is absolutely stunning. A bit more consistency in the overall service experience would make a meaningful difference.
