My family and I recently spent 10 days from 8/5-8/16 at Alexandra Resort, and we had an amazing experience. We traveled as a family of four—my husband, our two children, and me—and overall, we felt that the resort was absolutely worth what we paid. The location is perfect, right on beautiful Grace Bay Beach, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The resort has a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, and everything felt very convenient. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer was a huge plus, especially when staying for 10 days with two kids. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout our entire stay and always kept our room clean and comfortable. There were only two small things I would change. I wish the pillows were regular/full-size pillows, and I would have loved for the gym to be a little bigger with more equipment. However, neither of these things took away from our experience. What really stood out to us was the service and the people. Angela, who took care of us during breakfast and lunch, was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. After seeing us throughout our stay, she really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Caro at the pool was also amazing. She took great care of me, my husband, and our two children, always checking on us and making sure we had our drinks, food, towels, and anything else we needed. Her service definitely made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. Mary Chris at the ice cream shop also deserves a special mention! My son visited the ice cream shop multiple times a day 😂, and she was always so kind and friendly to him and to the rest of our family. Those little interactions really make a difference when you’re traveling with children. The service throughout the entire resort was excellent—from the front desk staff and housekeeping team to the cooks, bartenders, servers, pool staff, and groundskeepers. Everyone contributed to making our vacation enjoyable. Another great benefit of staying at Alexandra is having access to their sister resort, Blue Haven Resort, at no additional charge. We were able to use the amenities there, and Alexandra provides a complimentary shuttle between the two resorts, which made it very easy to enjoy both properties during our vacation. The noise level at Alexandra was normal and never became an issue for us. Overall, we felt that the value for a 10-day family vacation was very good, especially considering the location, accommodations, all-inclusive experience, service, and access to Blue Haven. We left Alexandra Resort with great memories. The beautiful Grace Bay location was amazing, but the staff and the way they treated our family really made the experience special. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you to Angela, Caro, Mary Chris, and the entire Alexandra Resort team for taking such great care of our family during our 10-day stay!
