“Royal Treatment”
We were treated like royalty. The food was superb (we ate 'luwombo') and the breakfast was excellent again we ate 'katogo'. Henry was very helpful during our stay. The staff was very friendly and paid us attention. WE will definitely visit again to enjoy the hotel again.

“Mixed experience”
Staff friendly but service lacking. Booked online but they had no record of the booking. Staff spent some time trying to find a room then tried to negotiate the price rather than what we had booked. Advertised as having hot tubs they mean some rooms have baths but all have hot water. No balcony. Wa… more
