“A normal hotel for business stay”
The hotel is just ok for a short stay. Rooms are simply huge, but furnished in a bit outdated manner. Breakfast is simple, but you will never be hungry. There are no good eat-out places walking distance from hotel, need to take taxi which is dirt cheap anyway. Hotel staff is helpful and cooperative.

The architecture is weird, trying to be Art Nouveau and failing - much of Dnipro was destroyed in WWII, but the style more resembles the Adams Family villa than Jugendstil. “Welcomming personnel, clean rooms”
I stayed for one night. Personnel was very warm and welcomming. Rooms were clean, but not according to European standards. Location is calm & quiet, I slept well, allthough the bed was not that new. Hotel is definately not a 4 star...rooms are rather big, many windows but facing dirty backyards... rooms have safes, mine did not work :-). Do not belive that there is free wi-fi in the rooms. “Ok hotel”
Good hotel for business, large rooms, however the breakfast was very basic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and nice. The pricing is little bit high for a such hotel class. But in general I can recommend this hotel to business travellers.
