“Relaxed more than ever after couple of days in this hotel!”
Great hotel and even more great spa! Awesome service with lots of different spa rooms, saunas and pools. Wide choice of massages, body and facial treatment procedures. Definitely one of the best spas in Ukraine, 10/10.

“Excellent customer service and amazing facilities and food.”
We travelled by car from Kiev the roads are in the process of upgrades and duelling of the roads so it will be much smoother in the future. The staff speak English mostly and the facilities are wonderful.

“Nice hotel classical spa”
Excellent spa departement. Big rooms, good working place, but no armchair and table for reading. Bar and pub facilities were poor. The breakfast was very good. They failed with airport connection in the morning.

Hotel itself with nice interior design, but service is very below average for such level hotel and breakfasts are awful!! Thus for this money its not an option. Maybe just an option to stay for people who want to visit SPA. Otherwise, not worth coming for this money.

Pros: Some rooms have nice bathrooms. Beds are nice and rooms are large. Cons: First of all the hotel is going through major renovations.
