“Nice and comfortable hotel in the city center - enjoyed my every minute here.”
Was here for a 2-day stay and a conference. In general, great price for value. “Excellent stay in Kiev”
Helpful staff, central location, lots of history. I had an excellent stay recently at Premier Palace Hotel. Likely the oldest on the city. Has been very updated. The concierge will help with Chernobyl Tours. Great all around stay. I will return to this great hotel

“Nice hotel with some remarks”
I stayed here 4 days and overall its a great hotel. Its one of the major luxury hotels in Kyiv. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bellman comes and takes your bags up to your room. “Recommend staying here!”
A very impressive hotel. Stayed here for a few nights with my husband. The room was great and big and had everything we needed. Reception staff were very efficient and polite. Had a few lovely meals in the hotel. The decor is great and the entrance hall is lovely.

“Once grand now only price is grand”
The hotel and it`s service have seen better days. Everything in the hotel is decent except the price. The location is good, very close to the Taras Shevchenko Park. Breakfast is merely ok and the service can be good or bad. Stayed here twice, once before full scale invasion and once during.
