Hotel Prominada is best hotel in Odessa. Home feeling enviornment, at reception all staff are very courteous and greeting all guests with nice smile. Breakfast very good. I strongly recommend staying at the Prominada Hotel. It has wonderful service, clean cosy rooms on a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from Arcadia.
