This resort is one of the experience. This is situated in the Liwa Desert Abu Dhabi, with a view amazing sand dunes. This property is quite big and they have maintated 1, 2 and 3 BHK villas each with its own swimming pool facing west side. This is away from any city distraction and good to enjoy a holiday. If you are interested in sand sports such quad bikes, moter bikes or sand walking then you will like it. Reception, restaurant, gym and big infinity view pool is situated in central building which is 10-15 min walking distance from vialls. A buggy is available on request for to and fro. Service and food was good. Normally food is mostly European cuisine, however I our case to chefs (a special thanks to them) they prepared Indian food for us. Overall I recommend to experience the hospitality of this resort, in many ways they exceeded my expectations. This is a luxury resort, with vilas. Vilas rooms size are fine and it was well maintained and clean.

We’ve just returned from our third stay and, overall, we had another really enjoyable visit—so much so that we’ll definitely be back. There are some standout positives that keep bringing us back. The villas are spotlessly clean, very well appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The private pool is a huge highlight—our boys absolutely love it—and the location itself is fantastic for a relaxing escape. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout the resort. A special mention to Micheal, Son, and Angela, who really stood out for their kindness and attitude—they are a credit to the team. We also noticed some improvements compared to previous visits. Room service delivery times were better, and breakfast felt improved in both quality and overall experience, which was great to see. That said, there are still some areas that need attention. Communication—particularly via WhatsApp, which guests are encouraged to use—can be very slow and inconsistent, which takes away from the overall experience. Food is another area that doesn’t currently reflect a 5-star standard. While decent, it lacks the quality and variety you would expect, and the buffet pricing (around 200 AED) feels difficult to justify. We would strongly recommend opting for the à la carte option instead—even if initially told it’s not available, it often is. The resort would also benefit from having a proper bar, and poolside drinks being served in glass feels impractical—plastic alternatives would be more appropriate for safety and convenience. As returning guests—and having previously left a featured review—it’s a little disappointing that some of these points remain, although there are signs of progress in certain areas. Overall, at the Fazaa promotional rate we paid, the experience represents good value. At full price, expectations would naturally be much higher. That said, we enjoyed our stay, and thanks to the setting and the fantastic staff, we will be returning again.

“Great location and atmosphere but bad food and restaurant service”

The hotel and infrastructure is great, but the service in the restaurant was so slow and food was not tasty at all (very fatty, unhealthy, cold). The changing cheff and menu could make this place so better
