My stay at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City was truly exceptional and beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I experienced outstanding hospitality, impeccable service, and genuine warmth from the entire team. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every detail reflects the high standards and luxury of the InterContinental brand. One of the things I truly appreciated about the hotel is its excellent location. Being directly connected to Dubai Festival City Mall made my stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Having easy access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and all essential services in one place added so much comfort and made everything effortless. I would also like to mention Choix Café inside the hotel and all the wonderful team members there. I truly enjoyed having my daily coffee there during my stay. The warm atmosphere, friendly service, and attention to detail made every visit a special part of my day. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and always made me feel comfortable and valued. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude for making my birthday celebration this year so incredibly special.
