“Excellent customer service”
I am writing this review even though we didn't stay here. Reason for this is due to the gentleman on reception on a cold dark evening when we were abandoned in the middle of nowhere by the local bus company after missing the stop for our hotel a couple of miles away. “Lovely location but dirty”

“Great good, nice location, needs updating”
Firstly, the hotel decor is VERY tired. We had a family room and it was pretty bleak. No pictures or anything other than old, marked and dirty looking furniture.
