“We’ll be back”
Here’s the thing…I travel a lot, and stay in all sorts of places. What made our stay at the Sandringham? Alison on reception!! Absolute asset! Lovely welcome. “super little hotel”
Lovely family hotel smack in the centre of Cardiff … booked for a concert night wasn’t as crazy price as some … great customer service from the receptionist and the lovely ladies in the breakfast room ! could do with an update but clean and tidy so no probs !

“I wouldn't recommend nor return”
This reminds me of the Bates Motel. The most depressing hotel l have ever stayed in. The beds and towels are clean - that's a thumbs up 👍 but everything else feels as though it has been wiped over with a cloth dipped in juice. The bed is rock hard so sleep is a problem and l cannot wait to get out … more
