“Fabulous stay”
From the moment we arrived at Future Inn Cardiff Bay the staff were friendly, polite and attentive. The first night of our stay we ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The room was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

“Nice stay near Theatre Area”
Very nice hotel, easy to locate, parking was good (quite a full car park though!) Air Con in the room. 2x Queen size beds in the room we had, lots of space, desk, large TV, etc. I'd say a 12 noon get-out would be better. A few disabled family rooms would be great as well. Overall, clean, ni… more

“Not good”
The room is good size but not clean. There were Spider webs on the cabinet. Toilet had a bad smell and we had to ask for everything on the next day. Soaps, shampoos and towels were not replenished. We had to ask for it every day. Breakfast was very good. Parking was free.
