“Sensational Spa Session at Kimpton”
I have been on a lot of spa days and I would say this one is the best I have had. I turned up a day early- but Ricky on reception was amazing. He offered us our thermal spa experience that day and said when we return the next day we come in for our treatments. He managed to problem solve any issues… more

“Outstanding Hotel Staff”
Great location. The staff is amazing. From housekeeping to the front desk, everyone was polite and always willing to help with any request. The hotel could use an update. I would stay here again because the staff was incredible.
