Great location to see the tourists sites. Street building works going on at present did not interfere with us and when finished Rose St will provide even more shops etc. Also trams were not running as Princes St had suffered a fire. Great location and the staff was wonderful. Helen had to be the friendliest Scottish host of our trip. Decent hotel in a convenient area. There is no vehicle access to the main entrance on Rose St so you'll have to walk from the next side street with your luggage.
