“Solo sleep over”
Last min booking after first part of a long journey so it was late/early the lady at reception was very welcoming and quickly directed me to my room

“All good”
All hotels rely on the staff, Andover Premier Inn staff on our stay looked happy to be there, one night stay was problem free, yes as it should be but so rare these days, great stay.

Staff where very friendly and accommodating but shortage of towels in the room and breakfast was rubbish and shower didn't work properly
