“Another great stay.”
Another amazing stay can't fault the place or the staff. The restaurant and staff are amazing to. We have a disabled son and they are always very accommodating.

“Convenient and great value”
Great location. Clean rooms and a great nights sleep. 15minutes to get to the Channel Tunnel. Free parking too! We always stay here before going to France.

Stayed after a long day shopping at Ashford outlet. Location convenient to local amenities. Receptionist was pleasant & informative. Quiet & welcoming. Room was clean & relevant for what we wanted. Price was cheapest in the area, therefore value for money. Room equipped with tea, coffee, towels etc… more

“Disappointing for a premier inn”
Stayed here for a wedding Was not your normal level of cleanliness for a premier inn Breakfast the first day was bleak, cold and sparse so did not go back for our second morning

“Cleaning was not good enough”
Staff was polite and helpful, but bedroom clothes need better cleaning… Normally we think it’s great value for money, but this time we can’t say the same? Do they change the bed sheets? Do they wash/ exchange the duvet cover?
