“Excellent”
Lovely hotel, great location for Harry Potter studios. Friendly welcoming staff, the cookie and free bottle of water is a nice touch. Excellent breakfast, and evening meal plenty of choice. Comfortable, modern room, nice shampoo, conditioner, body lotion provided. Would definitely recommend.

What a lovely place to stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were all so friendly. We stayed in a 2 double bed room on the 1st floor - room 131 - it was big and spacious.
