I had a wonderful stay at the Travelodge once again. After my visit last year, I was pleased to return and experience the same excellent service, especially from manager Paulina. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Great stay, receptionist was very friendly and check in was flawless. Room was as I hoped, tea/coffee in room, the towels fluffy, clean and comfortably. Booked in advance, so rate was good. Would stay again

We stayed over the Easter holiday and unfortunately our experience wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped. The biggest issue was the communication before our stay. Trying to contact customer service was extremely difficult, and the phone number provided is charged at a very high rate. When I did manage to speak to someone, they seemed uninterested and simply told me to use the online chat. The chat was never available, so I submitted a request instead. This wasn’t dealt with until the actual day of our travel, and the response told me to call — which I had already done. I had been trying to change our booking to the other Travelodge in Borehamwood due to its location near my family, but the lack of support made this impossible. On a positive note, all the staff we dealt with during our stay were great. The room was clean and tidy, which we appreciated. However, the water pressure in the shower was very poor, and the water never got properly hot in either the shower or the bath. This made getting ready quite uncomfortable. Another downside was the noise. Other guests were incredibly loud throughout the night, and this really affected our stay. I understand that hotels can be busy during holidays, but the noise levels did spoil the experience for us. The food was fine — nothing special, but acceptable. Overall, the hotel itself was okay, and the staff on-site were helpful. However, the poor communication beforehand, the difficulty in getting support, and the lack of interest from customer service have put me off staying again. The issues with the room and the noise only added to the disappointment.
