I really enjoyed staying here. Staff very welcoming and friendly and excellent value for money. The breakfast was really good and a wide choice. Good location too.

“Great, good value, small hotel.”
This is a fabulous small hotel. I stayed in a single room in a converted attic. Comfortable, clean and plenty of space. Just what I needed. The owners are also friendly and attentive. It is great value for money.

“Clean and comfortable”
Stayed here as a family member was in the North Devon hospital and the hotel is very close. Very warm and friendly owner, large clean and comfortable room, lovely breakfast (some background music would be nice at breakfast!). Would recommend!

Spot on hotel. Very clean and presentable hotel with good decor and quality of furnishings in the bedroom. Owners very freindly and breakfast was good too. Would recommend and very competitively priced too.

“Unexpected surprise in Barnstaple”
Owners were quite pleasant and accommodating, serving early breakfast due to early departure time,generously packing us a lunch bag for our train trip to London;helpful with finding us an excellent taxi driver for our excursion.
