“Excellent customer service during and after stay”
Excellent customer service during my stay and even afterwards. I mistakenly got something delivered to the hotel months after my stay yet it was the same top notch service from the team to make sure I received my package. Highly recommend.

Excellent facilities. Quality of room and cleanliness. Friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Location central for sight seeing. Definitely a great hotel if staying in Bath.

Loved our nice firm bed, the swimming pool and the complimentary drinks we were given. Only negative was I felt the bar lacked character and atmosphere.

I enjoyed everything about the place. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the environment was very clean. The swimming pool was fantastic, although the sauna was not operational.
