“Excellent stay…”
Lovely clean place, great room and good amenities… cleaning was always good , we were there for 4 nights… free cookies , tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the room every day, was a very nice stay and unlike the other big chains was NOT a cost cutting rip off….very near to all the amazing places and… more

“Had a great time”
Had a great time here. The breakfast was great, room spacious, modern and clean and the same with the pool area. Parking was the only inconvenient thing, not the walk but would be nice to give a discount to the customers using Charlotte Street parking when staying as it cost us £40 for 48 hours.

“Nice”
Such a nice hotel to stay. Sauna, steam room, swimming pool all included. Lovely staff. They have happy hours for signature cocktails, too. Just little bit shame some rooms air conditioner not working.. But still nice 👌
