“Excellent hotel”
Lovely hotel and warm, friendly welcome. It was very hot outside, so the air-conditioned room was much appreciated. Everything was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would have liked a quiet drink when we cam in at 11pm, but were told they were licenced only until 10:30. This wasn't a big proble… more

“A Hidden Gem....”
Such a lovely stay, the room and location were perfect! Aman was the perfect host and made our trip truly memorable... we will definately return!

“Great hotel”
We had a great stay at Henrietta House this weekend, the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was great that they have a small car park that we were lucky enough to get a space in. The walk into town only took about 5 minutes, so this hotel was a perfect base for us. I would recommend this … more

“Great staff but needs renovation”
Superb position in beautiful Bath. Staff so professional and polite with nothing too much trouble. However the hotel is in need of investment and renovation both internally and externally. Don't stay in hot weather - impossible to sleep
