“Pleasantly surprised by the friendly horses!”
We needed to be near the airport the first night we landed and this gem of a place fit the bill, just 8 min from the airport, which could not have been more perfect. “Great B&B”
Great stay and a fantastic host made this the perfect weekend. The accommodation was just what we needed and the cooked breakfast, containing bacon, sausage, egg and beans was a huge bonus . A great place If you are looking to fly from Birmingham airport too, as it’s literally a stone’s throw!

“Great place to stay for events”
Fantastic B&B, room was lovely and couldn't fault the owner and breakfast is one of the best , clean tidy room, good night sleep, comfy bed , definitely booked here again if we come to another concert , easy to book better than bigger hotel more personal service.

“Lovely accommodation”
Nice, quiet, and comfortable accommodation. Property was immaculately clean when we arrived. Parking available right outside the property. Host was lovely and breakfast was nice. Really handy for the NEC and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
