Really excellent time, great location, value and marvelous staff. The room was excellent with a fridge and air con. It was really clean and well laid out. It also was peaceful

“A lovely reception and a good night's sleep”
Jacob was at the desk when we came in and was an absolute gem - he advised us on parking and allowed us to drop our bags while we went off to park. “Premier Inn at its best”
Everything I love about Premier Inn, and more — clean rooms, comfy beds and genuinely lovely staff. And a really peaceful atmosphere, despite the city-centre location. Even though I’m away from home, I feel happy and settled. Thank you to the whole team.

“Good value, great location”
This is a great value hotel in an excellent location, situated just across from the beautiful cathedral. Handy for New Street Station with plenty of food and drink options close to hand, a great base for exploring the city.
