“A great Premier Inn team !”
Staff at reception went above and beyond to accommodate my family and relatives attending a funeral in the city....amazing service, along with a great the kitchen staff who's Breakfasts were enjoyed by all and cooked exactly as requested....delicious ! 5 stars all round !

“Another fantastic stay at Premier Inn, Hall Green, Birmingham”
I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The staff , ranging from Julie and Marie at Reception are always very friendly and welcoming. Warm welcome from reception on 17/02. Upgraded to premier plus and found the room to be modern, clean, warm & welcoming. Nicer than some 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfasts fabulous, freshly cooked & hot.
