“Reliable Premier Inn”
Stayed here for one night after a shopping trip in Birmingham and could not fault it. The man who checked us in was really friendly. Stayed in room 101, very close to reception on ground floor, nice location. Standard Premier Inn room, no complaints. Would use this hotel again but not a fan of Birm… more

“Great stay....A*”
Beautiful clean hotel with 5* customer service. Diane is fantastic, always ready to help. Rooms are nice size, big TV, big glass mugs, good water pressure in big shower cubicle, lots of free parking. Toby pub right next door, Big John's across the road, huge Tesco 2 mins away.

“Wonderful weekend”
First and foremost ‘Lady Di’ took great care of us, she is the epitome of professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness, a credit to the organisation. Rooms were clean, fresh and welcoming.
