“Warm welcome from Ash”
If you are lucky enough to run Into Ash on reception you are in for a lovely welcoming stay! He could not have done more for us as a family of 4 with 2 small children in tow. “Very basic”
Basic no frills. Slightly dodgy area with chap smoking cannabis at the entrance. View was of vents, roof and carpark. But it did the job and slept well.

“Badly needs a refurbishment”
Nicely located with free parking. Gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. Room badly needs a refurb - no plugs next to bed, so an extension lead was provided by reception. Bathroom was dirty, rusty with lights not working. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and well stocked.
