“Great hotel with pretty much everything you need.”
I booked the big blue as I was doing a tour of the pleasure beach and this hotel is right next door to it. The view over the park was cool. Great hotel and perfect for a trip to the pleasure beach and the sights. Would recommend and come back ourselves. Breakfast was an added bonus

“Great staff rubbish breakfast”
Location is fantastic, hotel immaculate staff brilliant. But £18 for breakfast is very very over priced for cold bacon, pasty looking sausages long ques for only 2 toasters, no cheeses, or cold meats. Limited fruit selection and very slow drink machines. “spotless !!! well done housekeeping !!!”
The big blue is well run and the housekeeping team are one of the best I have seen as the place is lovely and clean the service in the restaurant is good , food average , on the pricey side plus having to pay to park when staying in hotel isnt great ... reception staff are the weakest link I arrive… more
