Lovely clean hotel with a spacious bedroom and great shower with waterfall and handheld option. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel were provided. There was a TV in the room, dressing table/work desk, tea/coffee station and comfortable seating area. The room had air conditioning and given it was about 35 degrees outside it really worked! The blackout curtains were very helpful too. The only thing that wasn’t so sparkling was the corridor on the first floor which didn’t smell too sweet but I am not surprised if someone had spilled something, thankfully my room was away from this. Parking is chargeable at £13.50 per vehicle, you do have to enter your registration number at reception, but that wasn’t too bad given what others charge and there was an overflow car park too. The staff in the bar and on reception were lovely and very helpful. I had a reasonably priced bar snack which was very tasty. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Blackpool. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the location was even better. A special thank you to Amanda Percival and the team, who were incredibly helpful when my son left his backpack behind. They took great care of it and helped arrange for it to be shipped back to London, which we really appreciated. Their kindness and professionalism made a big difference to our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Blackpool for a business trip and found it to be an excellent choice. The check-in process was quick and efficient, making it easy to settle in after a long journey. The staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a good workspace, reliable Wi-Fi and everything needed for a productive stay. The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to the town centre and surrounding areas. Despite being on the seafront, my room was quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep before an early start. Breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options, making it easy to fuel up before the working day. The dining area was well maintained, even during busier periods. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Blackpool provides excellent value for business travellers. Comfortable rooms, dependable service, reliable facilities and a convenient location make it a hotel I would happily use again for future work trips.

4th time at Hampton by Hilton Blackpool in 13 months… it just gets better ever time. Or it did until my friend for the 3rd time was treated like a 2nd class citizen!! Firstly the staff mentioned below are amazing but the policy for supporting disabled people is nothing short of ridiculous. No facilities in place for someone with a stoma regardless of what is said, asking staff for help was met with a blanket expression and having to use a bin outside the property to dispose of items because again lack of knowledge or facilities provided. The response from management has been a joke, the standard sorry response doesn’t cut it when you have left a customer embarrassed and belittled again and again with promises before this would be addressed. Like a fool we believed this as the hotel and staff are good. Completely not acceptable and in breach of the equality act 2010. We were fortunate to get a newer room with 2 double beds and sea view. It was very clean and comfortable. Nice shower. Food for me is always very nice but can be a little busy at times. Blackpool is what Blackpool is… you either love it or hate it. Personally I can find plenty of things to enjoy and have fun, enjoy nice food and drinks. It’s a win for me. I have emailed Hampton by Hilton about a massive concern over facilities for disabilities which is a policy thing I feel rather than something the staff can deal with, I would like a response to this please. The best thing this time about our visit to the hotel was the staff, the best we have had in all our visits…. Everyone we dealt with were fab but special mention to Kay front of house is just the matriarch of Hampton by Hilton Blackpool, professional, helpful and looks after her customers very well. Danny is just a wee diamond, can make a mean cocktail and is always ensuring your enjoying your stay. Service with a smile. John the Night Manager is so funny and provides the best customer service but genuinely needs to go for cocktail lesson… My personal favourite has to be Grace. Grace is one of these people who were born to be customer facing in her career, happy, bubbly but professional, giving you her time to make sure you were enjoying your stay and just being a kind soul. These guys 100% helped make our stay the best yet and simply because of their customer service I would find it extremely hard to consider ever staying anywhere else in Blackpool but now with the lack of facilities that just seems not to be addressed time & time again I would not stay!
