“A classic area and hotel”
This place suited us perfectly. Right next to the train station, Bolton football stadium and a huge shopping area. The staff in the hotel are top notch, especially the lady who worked in the breakfast area. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly book this hotel again. Thanks

“Premier Inn needs to rethink its room layouts.”
Room is clean but very poorly furnished. No desk or dressing table, just a shelf in front of a mirror in a dark part of the room. No drawers for storage of personal items. Shower door did not cover the whole of the area resulting in puddles of water which soaked the mat. Staff were wonderful - … more

Rooms are lovely. Location good. Some staff are amazing like Jill. She is a true gem. Fantastic customer care and service. Some of the staff need retraining as to how to be happy and friendly.
