“Mark Amazing!”
This place is amazing! Mark on Reception can not help any more! The place is so so clean, we have stayed here three times now, and they work so so hard. Thank you for a fab stay over this Bank Holiday Weekend, Sue & kev

“Wife’s birthday treat”
This is our favourite dog friendly hotel in Bournemouth, Great room, good food and really friendly staff. Positioned at the start of the park very near the Pier (so great if you can’t manage the steep roads) We have stayed several times now and will definitely be back again.

“Back again”
I stay at this hotel regularly, usually 4 or 5 times a year ,for one or two nights , always a great reception . The breakfast is always good with plenty of choice , friendly staff . Car park can get busy at times but there’s usually a space available .. I’ll be back again in June .

“Ok but not 4 star worthy”
I personally think this should be a 3* hotel. Even though I booked on a 20% off rate , I still think it was quite dear for a single room. The air con was a bit fiddly to get working. I feel the room service could be improved as they didn't top up biscuits or tea on some of the days. And I felt like… more

“Ideal location but....”
Fabulous location, welcoming staff. We booked direct with the hotel, glad we did as parking was free for us as opposed to £14 if booked via Booking.com etc. Spacious car park. We were allocated room 401. Very compact, with little space for our stuff. The bathroom wasn't very handy, no shelves … more
