“Upcoming visit.”
We have an upcoming visit in 2 weeks. I phoned the hotel to make an amendment. I spoke Hollie, who was so helpful and accommodating. She was lovely and said when we arrive if we need an assistance, do not hesitate to ask. Looking forward to our stay.

“In need of a refurb”
This hotel is in need of some maintenance and updating. The windows are wooden, not double glazed and need painting. They are full of condensation in the mornings. The bathroom also needed a refurb.
