“Incredible cocktails!”
Lovely hotel, great facilities. The bar tender Julian is incredible, he makes the best cocktails you've ever tasted, he always meets my every need with every drink he makes me and checks that it's what I asked for. Honestly no cocktail bar could ever match his cocktails! 10/10 I wouldn't go anywher… more

“Receptionist excellent”
The receptionist Wictoria is very friendly and helpful and made travelling solo as woman in an area not known much easier. Happy to answer questions and give advice on the local area. A real asset for the hotel. As the hotel had a few people staying that were socialising until 4am, the first night… more

“ALEX IS THE BEST!”
The customer service from ALEX was amazing!!! He made the start of our family trip so great, he sorted our issues out with ease and made us feel so welcomed. Thank you so much Alex for accommodating our room and being so friendly, this was a great start to our family holiday.
