“Attentive staff”
On a hot day it was good to have an air-conditioned lobby, and a fan in the room. Friendly staff too.

“Give Tracy a raise!”
Excellent welcoming stay. The highlight was that Tracy cooked the best breakfast we have ever had in a PremInn, by a long way. She can cook!

“Premier Inn Plus stay at Braintree (Freeport Village)”
Clean room, great breakfast, and friendly, welcoming staff. At breakfast time Tracey was very attentive, as always. The Plus room facilities were great too!

It’s the staff that make this. Hotel. The house keeping team. Where so helpful and sian on reception could. Not do Enough. For us. And always with a smile Great choice. For. Breakfast. Cooked well. Tracey was amazing
