Emma is a pleasent and helpful owner who went out of her way to accommodate my husband's mobility scooter. Price and amenities were very reasonable. Would definately go again and happily recommend. Parking was first come first served and most of surrounding streets are permit only parking. That said it didn't distract or deminish from our enjoyment.

Booked at last min this hotel for New Year’s Eve 2023 Can’t fault this affordable hotel . It was very clean ,lovely comfortable bed,hot shower,tea and coffee. We were room only that’s what we prefer but the owner Emma provides free snacks in the down stairs front room which I thought was a lovely touch. We were in room 10 and friends were in room 8 which was equally as nice as ours But the most impressive thing was how warm the room was which at this time of year is needed. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Bridlington and paid more per night but often heating in the rooms is hit and miss so it was a pleasure The hotel is situated about 5 to 8 min walk from promenade on the south side. Streets are free parking in this area . If you are looking a reasonable priced place to stay that’s very clean it’s ideal. I will certainly book again

Greeted by a bubbly lady who's name I missed, my bad. Everything explained to me. My room was a ground floor double room with patio. Comfortable bed and a large shower. Think the only complaint I have is no hand rails but saying that it is not advertised as a disabled room and probably wouldn't be as there is a large step to go down to get to the room. Free breakfast cereals are offered also crisps, water and cans of pop. Close to railway station and the Spa, also town centre not too far away. Had a GREAT weekend and would recommend the South Dene Hotel.
