“A happy seaside hotel”
Extremely friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. The full breakfast was well presented and tasty

“Well located and comfortable bed/room.Great Breakfast!”
The hotel is well located for Central Brighton, parking is an issue but that is Brighton (Madeira Drive Car Park is best value and quite close). Richard the owner is very friendly and helpful and cooks a good breakfast. The hotel does need a bit of TLC, but is perfectly acceptable.

“Basic”
This is a nice basic hotel. And as such it works good. Location is good, short walk to many things. Rooms are ok size a bit small bathrooms. Nice and clean on arrival and kept nice during our 3 nights stay. Friendly and service minded host. All in all a good choice for Brighton
