Stayed here for 1 night in an apartment Room was very spacious full kitchen appliances and cutlery, fans provided and a lovely sea view decent breakfast in the morning

The hotel's location right on the seafront is absolutely fantastic! We stayed in 'Tower 3' and wow, what a super large and beautiful room. It’s not ultra-modern, but it is very lovely. When we arrived, the room was wonderfully cool, which was amazing given the hot summer weather outside. And the view... truly incredible! This room is worth it for the view alone. On top of that, everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly. The only downside: the fridge in the room didn't really get cold. But overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Stayed for two nights over the On the Beach weekend. The positives first. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The bathroom was modern with an excellent shower and bath, breakfast on both mornings was excellent with a wide choice, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a few disappointments. Check-in was advertised as 3:00pm, but when I arrived at 3:20pm my room wasn’t ready. I was asked to return at 4:00pm, and even then it still wasn’t available. To reception’s credit, they found me another room that was ready. The replacement room was on the first floor, which was quite noisy because of the nearby pub/club. There was also no air conditioning, and the sash windows only opened by about 10 inches, so the room became quite warm. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, so I gave up and used my phone’s 5G connection instead (EE coverage was excellent). The bedside USB charging ports also didn’t work, although the mains sockets did, so thankfully I’d brought my own charger. Overall, I had a comfortable stay thanks to the excellent staff, breakfast and comfortable bed. However, given the stay cost almost £400 for two nights over the On the Beach weekend, I expected a smoother check-in and better room facilities.

It's location is good- what I wanted for an event I needed to attend. The room was just ok, old and tired. It's location is good- what I wanted for an event I needed to attend. The room was just ok, old and tired. The main ceiling light had miss matched bulbs in it, some were led some not, some bright, some not...attention to detail non existent here! no fridge in room. Room was at rear, very noisy and window blinds, when pulled up had thick cobwebs under them...does no one look when cleaning. Toilet's downstairs from reception... no loo paper....these little things all add up to make me think I won't return. One good thing... bed was comfy and clean.

“Great location”

Fab location (which is what you pay for), friendly staff and good breakfast. Kids enjoyed being able to use the pool and we enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Room was good and clean but furnishings needed a revamp, would also benefit from better ventilation.
