“Couldn’t Recommend This Place Enough!!!”
Couldn’t recommend staying here enough. The rooms are lovely and Sam couldn’t do enough for you to make sure you had everything you needed. Hope to be able to return soon!

“Peaceful and idyllic stay in luxury accommodation.”
We had a relaxing overnight stay where nothing was too much trouble. Luxury bedroom: the garden room immersed in the Northamptonshire countryside.

“Gorgeous property, fabulous experience. Perfect!”
Due to medical emergency with my husband I stayed at Swallows Rest but could only book day by day and Sam was the perfect host, fantastic service and flexible to handle my situation. Home cooked cookies every afternoon. Stayed 3 nights, absolutely perfect.

Swallows rest offers a peaceful location in lovely countryside. We stayed in the Garden room overlooking the garden. Sam was very welcoming and communication from booking to leaving was superb.
